SMS Notifications Program

Vagus LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, d/b/a Vagus Solutions ("Vagus," "we," "us") sends text messages to users of the Vagus platform at app.vagussolutions.com who choose to receive them. This page describes that program.

Program Description

The Vagus Solutions account and case alerts program sends transactional text messages only: verification codes for your account, and status updates about your lab cases. We don't send marketing or promotional text messages.

How to Opt In

Text messages are off until you turn them on. Signed in to the platform, open Settings → Notifications, add your mobile number, and verify it with the code we text you. Then turn on Text messages (SMS). Next to that switch, the platform shows this consent wording:

By enabling text notifications you agree to receive transactional SMS from Vagus Solutions about your account and your lab cases. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Privacy: vagussolutions.com/privacy.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using the service.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop or Get Help

  • Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You can also turn text messages off in Settings → Notifications.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact support@vagussolutions.com.

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers collected for text message notifications, and any SMS consent, are used only to send the messages described on this page. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
