How it works
From Prescription to Payment
- Step 1
Prescribe
The digital Rx is signed in the app by the provider, with the signer, time, and every later change written to the audit log. Offices can also photograph a paper Rx and Vagus turns it into a structured case. Scans in STL, PLY, or OBJ attach to the case.
- Step 2
Route and ship
The case goes to the contracted lab for that location and procedure. Labels, carrier rates and tracking live in the case, with custody recorded at every hand-off.
- Step 3
Bill and audit
Invoices are priced from the contract. Lab invoices are checked against it and practices pay online.
