How does a pilot work?
We start with a few locations and one or two of your labs, set up with your contracts and users, then roll out across your organization once it works the way you want.
Do labs pay to be listed?
No. Labs are never charged to be listed. Which lab receives a case is set by the practice's contracts and preferences.
What's included in the BAA?
Our Business Associate Agreement covers all protected health information Vagus creates, receives, stores or transmits on your behalf, including the safeguards, breach notification and subcontractor obligations HIPAA requires.
Can I use my existing SSO provider?
Vagus supports SAML 2.0 single sign-on. We configure it with your identity provider during onboarding.
