Provider-signed digital Rx
The prescription is signed in the app by the provider, with the signer, time and every later change written to the audit log. It is the system of record and drives routing, production, shipping and the invoice.

Scan Rx
Offices that still write on paper can photograph the Rx. Vagus reads it into a structured case for the provider to review and sign.

- Nothing is sent to the lab until the provider signs
Open-format scan intake
Works with any intraoral scanner that exports STL, PLY, or OBJ. The scan travels with the case instead of through email or a separate portal.

Billing and invoice audit

Single sign-on
SAML 2.0 single sign-on, configured with your identity provider at onboarding.
Notifications
Case updates by email, SMS, and in the app, with per-user preferences. Push notifications come with the iPhone app.
iPhone app
For providers and office managers: submit and approve cases and follow shipments. Pilot access through TestFlight is being set up.
Dictation
Available now. Dictate case notes and instructions with dental vocabularies; speech is transcribed on AWS under our AWS BAA.
Accounts payable and accounting
Available now. Lab invoices go through a three-way match against the signed Rx and the delivery, with exceptions, disputes, and payments worked in one queue. QuickBooks Online connects once Intuit issues production keys.
Lab marketplace
Available now. An opt-in directory of labs beyond your contracted ones. Contracted labs always come first, and labs are never charged to be listed.
Languages
Available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with notifications and case notes shown in each person's language, and more languages added as needed.
